Biography

A civil attorney who originally reigns from Plymouth, North Carolina. Joseph graduated cum laude from Washington State University in 1983 and earned his law degree from the University of Puget Sound School of Law and the University of Georgia School of Law. Joseph began his career in 1986 in the public sector, serving as Assistant City Attorney for the City of Gainesville and then as Assistant District Attorney for the Northeastern Judicial Circuit. He joined Fox, Chandler, Homans, Hicks and McKinnon, LLP in 1989. Joseph maintains a civil practice and has represented various public entities including Dawson County, City of Demorest, City of Lula, Hall County Board of Tax Assessors, and Etowah Water and Sewer Authority.
